This student housing project for the Campus View Community at Grand Valley State University consisted of transforming a 20-year-old retail space into 24 individual micro suites, an open lounge area, a common kitchen, a laundry facility, and an exercise room. This project had aggressive goals, a complex schedule, and a fixed completion date in order to accommodate student move-in.
