BCI Construction served as General Contractor, self-performing general trades and carpentry for the 15,000-SF, four-phase renovation of Verdier Eye Care Center. This complex, multi-phase project required extensive planning and coordination to maintain clinic operations, including working around the surgery schedule and carefully coordinating fire protection and other high-noise activities. The renovation delivered expanded clinical and administrative areas, upgraded staff spaces, and improved patient flow, all while keeping the facility open and fully functional.
