BCI Construction provided general contracting services for the renovation of VanderLugt, Mulder, DeVries & Elders second-floor office space. The project refreshed the workplace with updated interior finishes, carpentry, and general trades to create a more functional and professional environment for staff and clients.

A key advantage on this project was BCI’s ability to self-perform the majority of the general trades and carpentry. By keeping this work in-house, our team maintained strong schedule control, ensured consistent quality, and delivered cost efficiencies for the client. The completed space supports VMDE’s day-to-day operations while positioning the firm for continued growth.
