BCI Construction has worked with various architects for numerous phases and styles of student housing by Grand Valley State University for a private owner. This current phase of construction consists of single and duplex “cottage” style residential units. Units offer4-bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Features upscale kitchens, and craftsman-style doors with high-end finishes throughout. Accommodates four residents per cottage. The neighborhood features a pool, sports court, and a hot tub.
