BCI Construction is providing Construction Management services for the Lake District Flats project, a four-building apartment complex consisting of 97 total residential units located in Ludington. The development includes 48 one-bedroom units and 49 two-bedroom units, offering thoughtfully designed, modern living spaces.

 

The four buildings vary in size, with three measuring 25,629-SF and a fourth larger building totaling 39,645-SF. Construction and occupancy are phased, with the first building scheduled to turn over and welcome residents in March and the remaining buildings through August.

 

The BCI team is self-performing key scopes of work that support a smooth transition from construction to occupancy. Exterior finishes include powder-coated aluminum railings, Trex decking, metal wood-grain siding, vinyl siding, and PVC trim. Interior spaces feature quartz countertops, stained and painted plywood cabinetry, upgraded plumbing fixtures, and a combination of LVP and carpet flooring, delivering durable, high-quality living environments.
