BCI Construction provided general contracting services for Foundations Church (formerly First Reformed Church of Ravenna), a modern 20,000-SF facility working in close collaboration with MEM Design, LLC as the project architect. Features include a large gathering area, worship space, kitchen, office area, and a multi-purpose sports court for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and more. BCI also self-performed the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) framing erection along with general trades, including doors, frames, and hardware. The project also included trade partners from the congregation for select scopes, including excavation and landscaping.
