BCI Construction provided comprehensive General Trades services for the renovation of the Hematology Oncology Clinic at Corewell Health–Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. The project transformed a 16,000-SF second-floor office suite into a specialized pediatric care space within a live hospital setting, requiring precise planning, close coordination, and strict safety protocols.

BCI self-performed approximately 80% of the scope, including demolition, carpentry, architectural finishes, and installation of owner-supplied items. Premium materials and precision detailing reflect the clinic’s specialized function. The project was delivered on a tight schedule in collaboration with Granger Construction.
