Project: Campus Creek Cottages

Project Type: Phased New Construction

BCI Construction worked with both Progressive AE for the Civil Engineering and TJA Architecture to design two-story,  “cottage” style student housing units located near Ferris State University. Construction was completed over 2 phases.

Phase 1 consisted of 33 two-story townhomes (66 Units) available in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, a new Clubhouse, and site work for future phases. 

​

Phase 2 consisted of the new construction of 13 two-story townhomes (26 Units), available in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units.
