BCI Construction provided general contracting services to construct a new 3,432-SF professional building for Brooktree Capital Management. BCI was responsible for the day-to-day operations and the direction of the project. The new professional building was a complex design with creative construction solutions that resulted in a sleek, modern office building that features a grand foyer, a sitting area with a 6’ fireplace and custom shelves, private and open office space, café, and restrooms.
