The revitalization at 120 E. Main located in downtown Zeeland, focused on the transformation of a century-old building formerly known as The Elbow Room. BCI provided design-build services to completely renovate the existing space into one 2-bedroom apartment and three 1-bedroom loft-style apartments, which feature a warm color palette, exposed ceilings, and brick walls for a distinct atmosphere. BCI self-performed general trades and carpentry.
